3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal amounts will be sent only to a payment account registered in your own name.
Withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification has not been completed or if any active wagering requirements have not been met. Please assist the support team to complete the verification process quickly.
3.3 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited
Deposits or withdrawals from a payment account registered in a third party's name are not accepted. If such a transaction is identified, it will be rejected and returned.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on xbjai will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, you must complete registration, make your first deposit, and enter the applicable promotion code (if any).

4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw a bonus after receiving it, you must place bets totalling 15 times the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a 120% bonus of ৳1,200, making a total of ৳2,200. You will become eligible to withdraw once you have wagered 15 times ৳2,200, which equals ৳33,000.
If you attempt to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
4.3 General Promotion Usage Policy
- Each promotional offer may be used only once per member.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- If misuse of bonus benefits is detected (such as arbitrage betting or account pooling), xbjai reserves the right to cancel the account.
- xbjai reserves the right to change bonus terms or withdraw promotions at any time.
- A bonus will only be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit.
4.4 VIP Program
The xbjai VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. You can advance to higher tiers through regular active play.
VIP benefits are subject to change at xbjai's discretion and may be updated at any time.
Gameplay and Betting Rules
5.1 Fair Play Guarantee

5.2 Betting Limits
